If you find on the Internet a property that looks interesting, and would like more information, make sure you ask your own Realtor for the details. Your Realtor is looking after your own interests, and not the seller's.
If you don't have a Realtor working for you, I suggest you should seriously think of getting one. Listing agent is oblidged to look only after seller's interests. While he/she will treat you fairly, it is the seller to whom she/he owes loyalty, and the seller's best interest that the listing agent is supporting.

You can use the form below to request full MLS listings of the properties that interest you. We will send you the listings as soon as possible.
If you would like us to show you any of the properties, please indicate that on the form, and state when would be the best time. We will make the appointments and confirm with you. Please keep in mind that we may not be available at the requested time. It is best to give us a choice or speak with us to arrange the showings.
Please bear in mind that if you are working with another Realtor under Buyer Agency Agreement, we will not be able to help you while that Agreement is in place.
